Melissa is a licensed Broker Associate and has specialized in residential, ranch and commercial real estate since 2017. As a 4th-generation Fredericksburg land owner, she has a deep connection to the local community and extensive knowledge of the Fredericksburg and Hill Country markets. The daughter of a homebuilder and real estate Broker, she holds a degree in Construction Science and a Business Minor from Texas A&M University and brings a 20-year career in project management prior to obtaining her real estate license.
