Our Mission is to serve pie that is as good as or better than our Mothers & Grandmothers made, and to serve it in a relaxing family style atmosphere. Made with fresh ingredients from scratch. Selection changes daily up to 20 different kinds. Hours are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Our schedule can very so call 830-990-6992 for current schedule. Open at 10:00 a.m. and close when sold out. We are also the home of our own private label coffee, Fredericksburg Label coffee. We carry over 16 flavors. Available in whole bean or ground. Seasonal coffee flavors too!
