Farm Fresh Creations of Fredericksburg is in collaboration with Eckhardt Orchards which was established in 1936. Otto Eckhardt returned from WWI to plant some of the first commercial peach orchards in Fredericksburg.  My sister, Dianne Eckhardt and I are third generation Fredericksburg peach growers, continuing the family legacy of our parents, Donald and Carol Eckhardt.  Farm Fresh Creations of Fredericksburg is specializing in custom peach orders and gift baskets with Eckhardt Orchard peaches, local produce, and home made canned products made with Eckhardt family recipes.
