About
Casa Über Alles is a nonprofit organization and a collaboration between the Wine Country Division of the Hill Country Builders Association and the Fredericksburg High School Construction Classes.
The program aims to build fully functional, small-concept homes on the high school campus throughout the year. Upon completion, the homes are auctioned and the proceeds fund the following school year's home-build project.
The Casa Über Alles program is training for the future, students gain hands-on experience with exposure to many fields. One of the key factors of success is community involvement. Building professionals from the local area provide important guidance and instruction in a real-world setting. These mentors donate their time and resources to invest in the next generation of builders and blue-collar workers.
Through the Architecture & Construction Career Pathway at Fredericksburg High School, students can take courses that allow them to build a custom small home.
