Calivence

Calivence is a fine dining restaurant with inspired wine tasting experiences — the culinary destination of Fredericksburg, Texas. Our farm-to-table, French-inspired cuisine is paired with estate wines from our family vineyard in Los Olivos, Santa Barbara, where the grapes are grown organically using regenerative farming techniques. Set within an 1869 limestone house at 419 W. Main Street, we pour our estate wines alongside a curated cellar from the great regions of France, by the flight, the glass or the bottle. Our signature Get Uncorked at Calivence is a five-course culinary and wine pairing experience. Reservations are recommended; private dining and Wine Club memberships are available.
