The Airport Diner is a one of a kind creation built after considerable research into the Diners of old. Lots of stainless, terrazzo floors, black granite counters and booth tops, all provide comfortable relaxing dining on old time diner favorites. The Airport Diner is a classic 1940s diner, located next door to the Hangar Hotel and immediately adjacent to the Gillespie County Airport aircraft parking ramp. Enjoy a casual lunch while you watch the planes land and takeoff. Hours are Wednesday – Friday 8:00am – 2pm; Saturday 8:00am – 4:00pm; Sunday 8:00am – 2:00pm and closed Monday and Tuesday.
