The passport features year-round Shiner beer offerings\, Landshark Vodka Seltzer\, Shiner Texas Vodka\, Shiner Texas Bourbon\, and the season's headliner\, Shiner Holiday Cheer\, an old-world Dunkelweizen brewed with Texas peaches and roasted pecans. The flavor of this dark wheat ale are enhanced through Krausening\, ensuring a smoothness that makes this brew all the more satisfying. \nBetween stamps\, grab photo with Cowboy Santa\, meet the animals at the petting zoo\, enjoy local live music\, and commission a one-of-a-kind hand-drawn doodle from Debi's Doodle Bar to take home or give as a gift. Plus\, additional pours are available for purchase in the Tasting Room\, Cigar Bar\, and Wildflower Saloon all day long. \nBlumenthal is an old settlement founded around 1900 along the Pedernales\, and some of the original 1870s structures still stand on our property.
